Dedication

At one and same time—
Though ours temporal,
Yours eternal—why not?—
I at once this dedication make
With awe at your wondrous creation
And apparent acknowledgment
Of your signature imprint
In form of the rose.
To you, my Triune God,
Do I dedicate this humble work of mine.
Simultaneously
To You who should be most sought
But yet are not acknowledged by many,
Though your handiwork
Is manifested daily,
In silence most comprehensible—
The Third of the Blessed Trinity.
To selfsame Triune God—Glory!
